RETURNS
Can Orders Be Returned:
    All returns for blank items must be approved. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us.     
    Returns must be made within 14 days of shipping date. Refunds will be credited to your card within 10 days after receiving the     merchandise. This refund should appear in one to two billing cycles. All returned items must have a RA number as well as a     tracking number. The tracking number should be sent to bowsandbeausgifts@gmail.com. The RA number must be written on the     outside of the box. Bows and Beaus cannot be held responsible for reimbursement or compensation of lost merchandise.
    Shipping and Handling Charges are NOT refundable. Returns are subject to inspection upon arrival and credit is pending approval     upon arrival. Please include a copy of your invoice and the RA number with your return.

Can Personalized Items Be Refunded:
    Unfortunately, personalized items are NOT refundable. Please be sure to double check spelling before placing your order.     Once your order is placed, changes may be made but cannot be guaranteed. Thank You for your understanding of this policy.
    We wish we were perfect, but occasionally we make mistakes. If we made an error on a personalized item, we will send a     replacement out immediately. A return shipping label will be included in the shipment for the incorrect item.

SHIPPING
Which Carriers Do You Use:
    We ship via USPS Priority Mail and Fed Ex. Most orders will be delivered within 3 days from shipping date.  Expedited shipping can     be requested. Expedited fees will be charged.

Can Items Be Drop Shipped:
    We do offer drop shipping. Please note: all drop shipped orders are an additional $2.00 per order.

Do You Ship International:
    At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

ORDER STATUS

How Quickly Does My Order Ship: 
    Please allow 7-10 business days for your item to be monogrammed and shipped. Orders are monogrammed within 2-4 business     days after we receive your order.

How Long Should My Customer Wait to Receive Their Order: 
    Your customer can expect the item to be in your store 10-14 business days after we receive your order. If there should be a     problem, we will notify your store vie email or phone.  

Is There a Rush Fee:
    Yes, there is a $10.00 rush fee for any order required to ship before our 2-4 day standard turn around time. We will ship USPS     Priority or FEDEX ground on rush orders unless expedited shipping is requested.     
    Customer requested expedited shipping fees will be incurred as well.
